Well, my little Tyler is quite the 2 year old. Just like most 2 year olds, he can turn the house upside down in no time! He can make a just cleaned room a mess in under 3 seconds! I seriously feel like I have to follow him around all day just to clean up all the messes he makes! I go from one mess to the next... Well, I was folding laundry, thinking the other kids were watching him (that was a mistake! It always is, but somehow I think someday it won't be!!!). I realized he was not with the other kids in the backyard, so I called for him. No answer. I called again, still no answer. I started looking through the house, and I found him. He was sitting on the bathroom sink smearing 'lotion' all over his half naked body! The only problem is, it was not lotion... It was TOOTHPASTE!!!

At first I couldn't believe what he had done! I was irritated that I would have to, again, clean up another mess. But then I just laughed! It was so funny to see him sitting there with toothpaste all over his legs and arms. At first he would not look at me.

He just kept looking in the mirror with his pouty/mad face. Eventually I got him to smile and laugh with me.

How do you get mad at that face?!?!?!! Oh Tyler, you keep me on my toes!

hahaha....gotta love little sneaky boys!!!
I think he is one of the cutest kids!! I am so inspired that you laughed and made the best of it! I will have to remember that the next time I have a similar situation!
How cute! Of course the mess isn't always fun to clean. Christina got into chapstick and i have a pic just like that!
glad your out running/walking! I need to get back on the excercise train. I've fallen off (4 months) and I can't get back on!
hey just stoppin' in to say HI!
That is too funny!! I wondering how toothpaste feels on the skin after awhile. Probably not so pleasant but at least he smelled good and who could be mad at that little face.
Sabrina once surprised us one morning when she decided to wake up early and with nothing to do in her crib, decided to explore her surroundings, off came the diaper, oh what's this, play dough! Needless to say it was quite a stinky smeared everywhere mess. We didn't laugh that day, but we laugh about it now. Sometimes you just have to laugh at children's ingenuity.
What a cute family you have and what a cutie, all lotioned up with toothpaste. Hey, maybe I will have to try it. Isn't being a parent a ball?!? I found one of my granddaughters hiding behind the shower curtain with a pair of her grandpa's garments on (that she got out of the dirty clothes hamper), it was so funny to see those huge garments on her and hanging all over the floor. Kids are the best! Love Ya, Aunt Donna
